"I was moving my home insurance and multiple car insurance to a new company. Spent an hour on the phone with the women and everything went well. Had to call back an hour later to give some additional information. This time I spoke with the owner who proceeded to give me a had time about my son driving out of state to go to college, he returns every weekend. He proceeded to give me had time about this and I finally said " you don't appear to want to help me with the issue of my son going to college, should I look for another company, he hung up the phone. Extremely bad customer service"

"I had a fire in my apartment and State Farm covers my renter's policy. I was going to be displaced for a couple months and began dealing with some issues with my claim. Kevin contacted my adjuster for me and my ALE really going to bat to make sure I was going to be covered. He then periodically checked in to be sure things were still going accordingly. I could not have asked for better service and I am so glad I chose Kevin Ryan's office as my agent."
